Three of the bedrooms have full size beds, one bedroom has a queen size bed, one bedroom has two single beds and the loft has four single beds.  Many amenities including brand new kitchen, easy to use gas fireplace, and 2 bathrooms.  Nicely located between downtown Waitsfield and the mountains.  On RT 17 right above Tucker Hill Lodge and just down the street from the Hydeaway Inn Restaurant.  Nicely situated  1 ½  miles from downtown Waitsfield.   1 mile to  Sugarbush/Mount Ellen, 2 miles from Mad River Glen and just over 3 miles to Sugarbush mainside.
